Deringer-Ney is a global leader in invention and application of custom precious metal alloys and precision machined, wireformed components like wires, foils and bars. In the medical industry Deringer-Ney serves manufacturer for dental implant materials and components as well as for interventional, implantable and hearing aid devices.
We offer fine wire from less than .003" (.076mm) in diameter and precious metal bars starting at 0.25“ (6,35mm) in diameter. Wire lengths range from miniature cut pieces to continuous reels. Flat, half round and custom configurations are also available.

Tubing can be provided of virtually any O.D., but most available sizes range between 0.005″ (0,127mm) O.D. and 1.0″ (25,4mm) O.D. Metal stock can be cut to lengths as short as .010″(0,254mm) up to >20 feet (>6m), with tolerances of ± 0.0005″(0,0127mm) or better.
