Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies, product launch plans, and product roadmaps
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and identify new business opportunities
• Work closely with customers, sales partners, international distributors, and internal cross-functional teams
• Manage product launches, product changes, and product-related projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Create product documentation and sales materials, and conduct product training sessions
• Support marketing and sales activities, including participation in trade fairs and industry congresses

Your Profile

• Successfully completed degree in Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in product management, ideally within the medical device industry
• Strong understanding of B2B market dynamics and customer requirements
• Knowledge of the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and other relevant regulatory requirements is an advantage
• Proficiency in working with ERP and CRM systems
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and a structured, independent approach to work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel and professional proficiency in both German and English

Initial experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Procedure Packs/Custom Packs
• Contrast Media Management Systems (CMS)
• Interventional Cardiology
• OEM and Private Label projects
• MDR-compliant product changes, including supplier and manufacturer transitions
