With "CylindraFlow" Nordson Medical presents a product innovation for fluid transfer: the first of its kind all-in-one-manifold for up to five fluid lines. The revolutionary design with its compact format is spacesaving as well as userfriendly and intuitive.
Turning the spring knob clockwise, you may address the five outputs of the system; errors excluded: direction indicators and a sensory feedback when the knob is in place guarantee faultless adjustment and addressing of the right port. Due to the circular arrangement of all ports restricted to one output, dead volume is low, flow consistent and the pressure is steady. A platinum cured silicone gasket seperates the fluid channel from the rotating mechanism, hence the fluid only gets in contact with silicone.
The ports are approved value plastic 600 series barbs for tubing with 3/8“ (9,5mm) ID. To add additional ports the manifold can be daisy chained. Made from gamma stable Polycarbonate (Resin 9024) all materials meet USP Class VI and ISO 10993 criterias.
